What you Choose Matters

You must understand that your circumstance is not the end of your story. God has a plan that sometimes you are not privy too, but you must know that He is yet working. God knows the end from the beginning. God loves us so much that He would allow His plan to unfold in our life above our comfort or our desire. God knows that it is for the making of you. You must choose to hold on. You must choose to love the Lord thy God with all your heart, mind, soul, and strength. You must choose to yet bless the Lord. You must choose to believe to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. You will not regret serving God. You will not regret trusting God. You will not regret giving God praise inspite of. Nothing catches God by suprise. God was not caught off guard by it. God is not through. Hang on in there. Give God a hallelujuh anyhow praise.

Effort Matters

How can you truly change, if you are unwilling to put in effort? How you apply yourself matters doesn't it? Can you go through the motions on your job, in your marriage, etc... and still have an expectation that great things are coming your way? Why allow things to crumble then complain about what has crumble but yet you have done nothing about what has or is crumbling? Why do you settle for the minimum life has to offer? Are you scared of hardwork? Why does everything have to be easy in order for you to pursue it? When do you grow up and fight for what is yours? If you live your life without effort I can pretty much guarantee you a mediocre life.

There has got to be more

There has got to be more to life than just moving througout life without purpose or direction. There has got to be more than trying to fit in to what people have figured out you should be. There has got to be more than trying to fulfill dreams that are selfish and don't benefit others. Without God you will never be all that you could be. If you have God in your life, you will begin to see that greater is coming. When will God get all of you?

Experience of Life

Life is something that alot of people have an opinion on, but few people really understand. You must recognize that God does not make mistakes. There are things in life you will not understand. There are things that if you could you would avoid. Don't underestimate the value of the experience. Don't allow what you are experiencing right now to dictate how you will respond to the process that you are going through right now.

Experiences have a way of getting the best of you unless you keep God first. You were never supposed to go through situations without God being apart of it. Frustration comes when you forget who is in control of your right now. If God is the author and finisher of your faith, then you have a responsibility to have an expectation about the story He is writing about you. When is the last time you got excited about what was going to happen? To the point where you praised God for the process and for where He was taking you. Give God praise for keeping you in the midst of your experiences. Dont let the devil steal, kill, and destroy what God is allowing to make you into who He wants you to be.

Please be encouraged.

Getting back to basics

You have to understand that life is more than just about accomplishments. Some people focus so much on how they compare to others instead of how they compare to their previous self. It is not hard to get back to basics, but it requires self examination and humility. A sign of maturity is when you acknowledge that you are not where you should be. God never leaves us nor forsakes us, but unless we acknowledge that we are not where we are how can we move into position?  Let God restore you today by confessing your shortcomings with the expectation that God will keep His Word and forgive you. I pray for your next step that you would take it with boldness and confidence because you are lined up with the will of God.

The best IS still Yet to Come

So I am back....again. It's been quite a while and I have been a tad busy, but mostly I think I was just avoiding the obvious. I have been in quite a depressed sort of mood for a few years now. UGH! I truly praise God for turning my mind around. I am able to praise Him and do it truly and sincerely. God is so good. . So have things changed? Am I pregnant? Nope, but is God worthy to be praised anyhow? MOST DEFINITELY!! I will bless the Lord at all times and His praise shall continually be in my mouth!

The Great

God is showing Himself strong in all areas of my life. Even though things look one way, I know that God is working all things together for my good. I am encouraged in the God that I serve. I am appreciative of the revelation I have of God. He is Alpha and Omega. He provides all that I need. I will bless the Lord at all times. His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make her boast in the Lord. The humble shall her thereof and be glad. Oh magnify the Lord with me and let us exalt His name together. I sought the Lord and He heard me and delivered me from all my fears.

We must make a declaration to bless the Lord. Our circumstance/situation does not dictate whether or not I give God praise.

My Praise

I am commissioned by God to give Him a praise. My praise is not based on my current circumstance, situation, or need. My praise is recognition of who God is to me. The reason I praise Him is because of what God did for me. God gave me another opportunity to be in right relationship by sacrificing His Son Jesus. Through Jesus I now have access to the inheritance I had in God. I praise God because I am appreciative of the sacrifice. God showed me the ultimate love and I cannot repay God for what He has done, but I can give Him my praise. God deserves all of me and therefore I pursue Him because He deserves me. So praise the Lord Jesus and allow your praise to express who God is to you.

"The Anointing"

We need the anointing of God in our life. We need the presence of God to dwell on the inside of us. We need the Spirit of God to rest, rule, and abide in us. We need to be equipped with power to serve as God intended for us to serve. The Holy Ghost is not just for speaking in tongues, but the Holy Ghost is power. God gave us power in the person of the Holy Ghost to push us into our purpose. The Holy Ghost allows me to move Spiritually into my destiny. We don't know how to pray, but the Holy Ghost gives intercession for us. We seek the Lord daily because we need power to do "Kingdom" work.
