The Biggesst Loser WHO!?!?

So after a month and just SIX pounds lost who's going to be the Biggest Looser? Well after some discouragement and a nice juicy burger... I'm back on track and can once again say I WILL BE THE BIGGEST LOSER! I had a sort of plateau and was including some things that I should not have been. After speaking with my coach I'm back on track. I have to cut more carbohydrates out and have to CONTINUE working out. I still hate exercise and still love food, but I must change my life and lifestyle.


I have a healthy mock sundae that you should try. It is delicious!
Cut a few strawberries or apples and arrange them on the bottom of your bowl. Add a serving of yogurt. I like Key Lime or Vanilla but you can use your favorite! Top it off with a good serving of crunchy granola. Delish!
